2024–present · Running · Co-Founder & CEO
QS Ventures
Born from a wind-down. Five companies on one structure in year one, financed by building software for clients.
01 · Situation
Ten people, no clients, one month of runway.
After closing The Q-Studio I chose to build on my own rather than inside someone else's company. Four of the ten people I kept became partners and skipped salary in the first month. The objective was to build ventures. We financed them by building software for clients.

02 · The move
One shared structure, founder-operated companies.
The core is strategy, design and builders. Legal, accounting and everything else sit outside it. Every company must be founder-operated: we partner with founders rather than build everything in-house. The exceptions are fully internal and led by a partner: Divina.Machina, and Agent-Place, which we have since closed.
Where it stands today: Beacon Partners, Off.Tv and Divina.Machina are running with revenue. Agent-Place is closed. Beatgolf is in restructuring. The newest, flip.codes, I designed and built myself with AI coding agents.

03 · Hardest moment
A portfolio company in trouble.
One founder over-committed capital and made decisions that were not his to make. We are restructuring the company while keeping the project alive: a debt restructuring, an interim CEO, and a first-year plan with quarterly milestones and KPIs. The work is ongoing.
04 · Numbers
Year one.
- 5
- ventures launched in the first year
- €800k
- combined first-year revenue
- €150k
- equity funding across three of them
- 3
- companies running with revenue today
05 · What I'd do differently
Choose founders the way I choose direct reports.
Track record, recommendations from people I trust, then six months of close review. The restructuring taught me to apply that standard to partners, not only to hires, and to write the controls into the shareholders' agreement before the capital arrives, not after.
