• Contact form: name, email and message, sent by email to the owner through Resend (EU/US processor) so he can reply. Kept in his mailbox for as long as the conversation is relevant. Legal basis: your request (pre-contractual steps).
• Voice assistant: when you start a conversation, audio and text are processed by ElevenLabs to generate the answers. Transcripts and a short summary may be sent to the owner so he can follow up. The microphone is only used after you click to start and grant permission. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw by ending the conversation.
• Analytics: Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify you across sites. Aggregate page views only.
• Preferences: the language choice is stored in a cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) so the site remembers it. No advertising or tracking cookies.

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of anything you sent by writing to asullivan@creivo.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
